Vanilla fresh cream cake

  • Two  big sized eggs

  • Two  teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • Icing
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • a quarter cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons light cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cake

 Add cream to batter in 2 parts alternately with flour mixture in 3 parts, beginning and ending with dry mixture.Pour this into greased 9x9 inch pan.
 Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes unil an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
 Beat all ingredients together in bowl until smooth.
 Add more liquid and the icing sugar  as per your requirement and your vanilla fresh cream cake  is ready to serve.
